Rozlišování různých typů dysplazie v Barrettově jícnu - první krok k harmonizaci gradingu

Revidovali jsme sérii případů časné neoplazie (low grade / high grade / IEN a intramukózní karcinom) s cílem lépe definovat kriteria pro subtypizaci dysplazie / diferenciace v Barrettově jícnu.

Souhrn

Revidovali jsme sérii případů časné neoplazie (low grade / high grade / IEN a intramukózní karcinom) s cílem lépe definovat kriteria pro subtypizaci dysplazie / diferenciace v Barrettově jícnu.
