Zkušenosti se subarachnoidální anestezií k sectio caesarea

Autoři na souboru císařských řezů provedených během jednoho roku v Městské nemocnici v Čáslavi porovnávají své zkušenosti s celkovoua subarachnoidální anestezií. Téměř polovina těchto výkonů byla provedena v subarachnoidální anestezii. Ve většině případů je pro volbu způsobuanestezie rozhodující přání pacientky.

Authors compare their experience with general and spinal anaesthesia for caesarean section during one year in the hospital in Čáslav. Practicallyhalf of these operations we provided in spinal anaesthesia. For the choice of the method of anaesthesia is mostly the patient’s wish decisive.
