Nutritional Assessment according to Adductor Pollicis Response to Electrical Stimulation
Hodnotenie stavu výživy pomocou odpovede adduktora palca na elektrickústimuláciu
Na hodnotenie stavu výživy použili autori metódu subjektívneho celkového hodnotenia. Vlastnou technológiou pomerali svalovú silu relaxometrom.Našli nasledujúce korelačné koeficienty: sila zášklbu TW% 30 mA (-0,68), pokles telesnej hmotnosti (0,57), celková dľžka hospitalizácie (0,53),butyrylcholínesteráza (-0,52), počet dní podávania antibiotík (0,51), výskyt pneumónie (0,50), počet pooperačných dní (0,46), počet dní ponechaniakožných stehov (0,45), plazmatická hladina albumínu (-0,38), plazmatická hladina bielkovín (-0,34), vek pacienta (0,26).

Overview
Authors have used subjective global assessment method for evaluation of nutritional status. T hey measured muscle strength with relaxometry device. They found next correlation coefficients: twitch strength TW% 30 mA (-0,68), loss of body weig ht (0,57), length of ICU stay (0,53), plasmabutyrylcholinestherase (-0,52), days used antibiotics (0,51), occurrence of pneumonia (0,50), days of postoperative hospitalisation (0,46), days withskin stitches (0,45), plasma albumin (-0,38), plasma proteins (-0,34), age (0,26).
Key words:
artificial nutrition - muscle strenght - relaxometry
