Fibrinolýza v kardiochirurgii a možnosti jejího ovlivnění
Práce shrnuje současné poznatky o fibrinolýze a antifibrinolytikách v kardiochirurgii. Zabývá se efektivitou a bezpečností antifibrinolytické léčby u kardiochirurgických operací s použitím mimotělního oběhu a u operací „na bijícím srdci“.
