Angiografia dúhovky v diagnostikepigmentových nádorov prednej uvey

Autori prezentujú svoje pozorovanie 28 pigmentovaných neoformácií dúhovkya dúhovkovo-vráskovcovej hranice v priebehu 8 rokov. V orientácii na rozhodo-vanie či pokračovať v pozorovaní, alebo indikovať chirurgickú liečbu sa sústredilina sledovanie zvláštností krvného zásobenia pigmentovej masy a porúch bariérykrv-komorový mok v priebehu fluoresceínovej angiografie dúhovky.Zo 14 chorých indikovaných pre chirurgickú liečbu sa v 11 prípadoch potvrdilmelanóm väčšinou s celulárnym typom vysokého malígneho potenciálu, jedenkrátpigmentovaný meduloepitelióm a dvakrát pigmentový névus. Získané angiogra-fické obrazy porovnávali s klinickým pozorovaním a histopatologickým nálezom.

Authors present their observation of 28 pigmented tumors of the iris and iridoci-liary region during 8 years. While deciding whether to continue in observation orto indicate surgery, they were concentrated on observation of blood supply’sabnormalities of pigmented mass and defect of blood-aqueous barrier during theiris angiography.Melanoma -⁠ mostly celullar type of high malignity -⁠ was confirmed in 11 cases,pigmented meduloepithelioma in 1 case, pigmented naevus in 2 cases out of 14patients indicated for surgery.Authors correlated angiographical pictures with clinical observation and histo-pathological findings.
