Suicidal Behavior in Medical Praxis
Sebevražedné chování v medicínské praxi
Práce charakterizuje problematiku suicidálního rizika ve vztahu k somatickým a duševním poruchám. Porovnává toto riziko mezi jednotlivými okruhy poruch a běžnou populací. Poukazuje, že při hodnocení suicidálního rizika je nutné citlivé a odpovědné nastavení ke kontaktu, posuzování a vyvozování závěrů, směřujících k adekvátní intervenci u osob se suicidálními projevy.

Overview
The article discuss the incidence of suicidal behavior and gives comparision of suicidal risk among mental and somatic disorders. The authors present important psychosocial, psychopathological a nd somatic factors connected with suicidal behavior. It presents the experience from the emergency departments wards and point out the necessity of proper psychiatrical and psychological intervention in people with suicidal behavior.
