Psychoterapie deprese – přístup gestalt terapie
Psychoterapie, ať už samotná nebo v kombinaci s farmakoterapií, je podle dosavadních poznatků účinná při léčbě depresivního onemocnění a představuje dostupnou možnost zvýšení efektivity léčby deprese. Existuje však velké množství psychoterapeutických směrů, které k léčbě deprese přistupují z teoretického i praktického hlediska rozdílně. Tento článek přispívá k zpřehlednění spektra psychoterapeutických přístupů k depresi popisem gestalt terapie a její praktické aplikaci v klinické praxi. Popis je doplněn přehledem evidence účinnosti.

Summary
According to current knowledge psychotherapy alone or in combination with pharmacotherapy is effective in the treatment of depressive disorder and represents an accessible possibility of increasing effectiveness of the treatment of depression. There is a great number of psychotherapeutic approaches and their theoretical perspectives and practical approaches to the treatment of depression differ. This article contributes to the transparency of the spectrum of psychotherapeutic approaches by description of gestalt therapy and its practical application in clinical practice. The description is supplemented by an overview of the evidence of efficiency.
