Scabies norvegica
Autoři uvádějí případ 60leté pacientky s transplantovanou ledvinou léčené chronickou imunosupresivníléčbou, u níž se objevila scabies norvegica s klinickým obrazem upomínajícím na psoriázu.Histologické i mikroskopické vyšetření potvrdilo diagnózu scabies norvegica. Autoři poukazujína obtíže diagnostiky tohoto onemocnění a zdůrazňují nutnost dodržování zásad léčby svrabu včetněkštice a aplikace antiskabietik i do kštice u recidivujících forem a imunosuprimovaných pacientů.

The authors present the case of 60 years old female patient on chronic immunosupressive therapyfor kidney transplantation with scabies norvegica clinically resembling psoriasis and thereforetreated with topical corticosteroids. Histological and microscopical findings confirmed the diagnosisof scabies norvegica. The authors point at diagnostical difficulties of scabies norvegica and stressthe necessity of following the suggested treatment guidelines including application of antiscabieticsalso in the scalp in cases of recurring scabies and in immunosupressed patients.
