Photo(chemo)therapy in Dermatological Treatment
Foto(chemo)terapie v dermatologické léčbě
V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé části spektra a jejich vliv na kůži. Dále jsou charakterizovány zářiče pro dermatologickou fototerapii, kožní fototesty a příprava kůže před léčbou. Článek uzavírají jednotlivé fototerapeutické postupy, indikace fototerapie a nežádoucí účinky.

The author gives characteristics of distinct parts of the electromagnetic spectrum and their influence on the skin. Various phototherapeutical light sources, skin phototesting methods and preparation of the skin for phototherapy are described. Particular photothreapeutical methods, phototherapy indications and its side effects are included.
