Dermatologie v transplantační medicíně
V posledních letech přibývá mnoho pacientů s porušenou obranyschopností po provedené transplantaci solidního orgánu nebo kmenových buněk krvetvorby. Tito nemocní mají četné dermatologické komplikace vyplývající z dlouhodobé imunosuprese nebo z vedlejších účinků léčby. Jde především o kožní nádory, kožní infekce, kožní projevy nemoci z reakce štěpu proti hostiteli a nežádoucí účinky léčby imunosupresivy. Vzhledem k neustále přibývajícím možnostem provádět transplantace i od nepříbuzných dárců a lidí ve vyšším věku se budou dermatologové stále častěji s těmito komplikacemi setkávat. Dobře stanovenou diagnózou a včas zahájenou účinnou léčbou kožních potíží pomohou snížit morbiditu i mortalitu transplantovaných pacientů.

Overview
Recently, the number of immunocompromised patients after solid organ or haematopoetic stem cell transplantation rises. They have numerous dermatologic complications due to long-standing immunosuppression and its side effects. Main complications represent skin tumors, skin infections, skin symptoms of graft-versus-host disease and side effects of immunosuppressive drugs. Considering the increasing transplantation possibilities from non-related and elderly donors the dermatologists will face these complica tions more often. Correct diagnosis and early treatment of skin symptoms might decrease morbidity and mortality of transplanted patients.
