Summary
The authors present a case of a 90-year-old patient with a clinical picture of otophyma. The diagnosis of T-lymphoma-folliculotropic mycosis fungoides was determined on the basis of laboratory and histological findings. The patient was treated only by topical corticosteroids and observed as he had refused radiotherapy. The cutaneous manifestations improved with topical therapy and no progression was recorded.
