Summary

Authors describe four cases of psychogenic dermatoses presented by acne excoriée due to anxiety disorder in immature personality, obsessive compulsive disorder, dermatitis artefacta and Münchhausen syndrome. The article provides an overview of current knowledge of these disorders.
