Neurokutánní melanosa
Neurokutánní melanosa je charakteristická hamartosa projevující se pigmentovými změnami na kůži, v parenchymumozku a na mozkových plenách. Je důsledkem mozaikové formy genovémutace a soudí se, že plná formaje prenatálně letální. U většiny postižených se vyvine maligní intrakraniální tumor, obvykle mnohotný melanoblastompřed dosažením reprodukčního věku, a proto není znám přenos do další generace. Klinickou prognózupacientů a genetickou prognózu reprodukce rodin autorka referuje na souboru 10 pacientů.

Neurocutaneous melanosis is characteristic hamartomatosis of the skin, brain and meningeal pigmentation.Etiology of this disease is somatic mutation in some cell lines. Mutation in germline cells, non mosaic form isapparently prenatal lethal. The disorder is highly malignant even in childhood and therefore the transmissionthrough generations is unknown. Author refers her experience with clinical and genetic prognosis of 10 patients.
