Cat Scratch Disease in Differential Diagnostics of the Lymph Node Syndrome in Children
Epidemiologickáanamnéza potvrdila kontakt a poranenie mačkami. Práca je zameraná na diferenciálnu diagnostikuuzlinového syndrómu, algoritmus vyšetrení a terapeutický efekt ATB.

Summary
The authors present case histories of two children with histology-verified picture of the disease from catscratching. The disease became manifest as lymphadenopathy - abscessing lymphadenitis - in both cases. Epidemiologicalanamnesis confirmed the contact and injury by cats. The work is aimed at differential diagnosis of thenode syndrome, algorithm of the examination and the therapeutic effect of ATB.
