Tubulization of Transposed Stomach in Atresia of Esophagus
Tubulizácia transponovaného žalúdka u atrézií ezofágu
Liečba novorodencov s atréziou ezofágu, ktorí majú väčšiu vzdialenosť pahýlov, vyžaduje voľbu vhodného operačného postupu a celkového menežmentu pacienta. Na dvoch kazuistikách autori poukazujú na problémy, ku ktorým vedie transpozícia celého žalúdka pri atrézii ezofágu a na možnosti následného chirurgického riešenia tubulizáciou žalúdka.

Overview
The treatment of newborns with atresia of esophagus, where the stumps are in greater distance required to select a suitable surgical procedure and total management of the patient. In the case reports the authors draw attention to the problems, resulting transposition of the whole stomach in atresia of esophagus and possibilities of subsequent surgical solution by tubulization of stomach.
