Autoři uvádějí přehled poznatků o neobvyklém vrozeném onemocnění, které je charakterizováno výskytem nadměrných úlekových reakcí a hypertonií s počátkem v novorozeneckém období. Sdělení je doplněno kazuistikou ilustrující jeho obvyklý průběh.
