Summary
Authors present the case of a 18-year-old girl , who was diagnosed with extremely vast bone changes, manifested by a pathologic fracture of the right femur.
These bone changes were caused by a long-term untreated primary hyperparathyreosis resulting from a seldom case of tumor – the parathyroid carcinoma and lead to the formation of a rare brown tumor in paranasal sinuses.
Key words:
hypercalcaemia, primary hyperparathyreosis, parathyroid carcinoma
