A case report of hydronephrosis affecting a large segment of a horseshoe kidney

Summary
We present a case report describing a huge hydronefrotic segment of a horseshoe kidney. A partial nephrectomy of the hydrophrothic sac was performed, with preservation of the solitary functional contralateral segment.
