Summary
In this case report, we present a 55-year-old man who presented with an 11 cm mass in his left scrotum. Physical and ultrasound examination revealed a tumor mass in left hemiscrotum. There was high suspicion for malignant tumor of left testicle, therefore, a left radical inguinal orchidectomy was performed. Histopathological report revealed a paratesticular malignant solitary fibrous tumor. Left testicle was intact. Scrotal solitary fibrous tumor is an extremely rare finding, with only few cases reported in medical literature. To our knowledge this is the first published case in Czech literature. The management of scrotal solitary fibrous tumors is radical surgical excision of the tumor and long-term follow-up. Adjuvant therapy was not indicated.
