Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy and Splanchnicectomy
Videotorakoskopická hrudní sympatektomie, přerušení splanchniků
Rozvoj videotorakoskopie začátkem 90. let umožnil provádět některé výkony, které dříve vyžadovaly toraktomii, endoskopickou cestou. Torakoskopicky provedená oboustranná hrudní sympatektomie je výkon jednoduchý, málo zatěžující pacienta, bez nutnosti hrudní drenáže. Efekt výkonu je okamžitý a spolehlivý. Vděčnou indikací k tomuto výkonu je palmární hyperhidróza. Torakoskopické přerušení splanchnických nervů vede k vymizení silných bolestí při neřešitelných karcinomech pankreatu.
Klíčová slova:
videotorakoskopie - hrudní sympatektomie - přerušení splanchniků - terapie.

Overview
The progress of videothoracoscopy in the early nineties made it possible introduce some endoscopic operations, which in the earlier years necessitated thoracotomy. Endoscopic bilateral sympathectomy is a simple procedure with little physical strain to the patient and without thoracic drainage. Its effect is immediate and reliable. The procedure is particularly useful in palmar hyperhidrosis. Thoracoscopic interruption of the splanchnic nerves relieves severe pain in inoperable pancreatic cancer.
Key words:
