Postgraduální výukapsychosomatické a behaviorálnímedicíny v České republice

V práci je stručně popsán vývoj integračních přístupů v lékařství od psychosomatické k behaviorálnímedicíně ve světě i u nás.Jsou shrnuty zkušenosti s výukou psychosomatické a behaviorální medicíny v České republiceza posledních 20 roků. Od roku 1982 uspořádala katedra psychiatrie Institutu postgraduálníhovzdělávání ve zdravotnictví (IPVZ) v Praze celkem 22 odborných stáží pro lékaře všech oborůa klinické psychology. Prošlo jimi 138 lékařů, z toho 90 psychiatrů a 3 kliničtí psychologové. Jenastíněna odborná náplň stáží a jsou uvedeny jejich realizační výstupy v praxi. Jsou zmíněnyi některé jiné formy výuky postgraduální a pregraduální.

Overview

The authors describe briefly the development of integrative approaches in medicine frompsychosomatic to behavioural medicine worldwide and in this country.They summarize experience with teaching of psychosomatic and behavioural medicine in theCzech Republic during the last 20 years. Since 1982 the Chair of Psychiatry of the Institute ofPostgraduate Medical Training in the Health Services in Prague organized a total of 22 professionalcourses for physicians of all disciplines and clinical psychologists. 138 physiciansparticipated in these courses, incl. 90 psychiatrists and 3 clinical psychologists. The authorsoutline the contents of these courses and mention their practical outcomes. They mention alsosome other forms of postgraduate and undergraduate teaching.
