Exudative Pericarditis as a Serious Complication of Tumourous Disease
Exsudatívna perikarditídaako závažná komplikácianádorového ochorenia
Autori predkladajú kazuistiku 4 pacientov sledovaných v priebehu 3 rokov so základnoudiagnózou nádorovej choroby, u ktorých pozorovali za rôzne dlhú dobu od stanovenia diagnózyako komplikáciu základného ochorenia exsudatívnu perikarditídu. Autori rozoberajú vo svojejpráci anamnézu, objektívny nález, laboratórne parametre, rtg, EKG, echokardiografické vyšetreniesrdca. Uvádzajú tiež terapeutický postup u jednotlivých pacientov, dobu prežívania oddiagnózy perikarditídy po exitus.

The authors submit the case-history of 4 patients investigated in the course of 3 years with thebasic diagnosis of tumourous disease where they observed after different periods of timefollowing establishmet of the diagnosis exudative pericarditis as a complication of the basicdisease. The authors analyze the case-history, objective finding, laboratory parameters, X-ray,ECG. echocardiographic examination of the heart. Theymention also the therapeutic procedurein different patients, the survival time from the diagnosis of pericarditis to death.
