Mnohočetný myelomKahlerova choroba

Při předoperačním vyšetření 75letého pacienta byla náhodně zjištěna anémie, paraproteinémie.Následně byl diagnostikován mnohočetný myelom - Kahlerova choroba. Aplikováno bylo 5 cyklůklasické chemoterapie MOCCA (cyklofosfamid, vinkristin, CCEN melfalan, prednison) bezautologní nebo alogenní transplantace kostní dřeně.Běhemterapie došlo k poklesu koncentraceparaproteinu a výraznému zlepšení klinického stavu. Tento způsob chemoterapie je vhodnýu pacientů starších 65 let s pozvolným průběhem nemoci.

Overview

At a pre-operation examination of a 75-year old patient there has by chance been found anemiaand paraproteinemia. Subsequently there was diagnosed multiple myeloma - Kahler'sdisease. Five cycles of classical MOCCA chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide, vincristine,CCENu, mephalan, prednisone) without any autologous or allogenic bone marrow transplantation.In the course of therapy there was marked clinical improvement and a decrease inparaprotein. This treatment is suitable in patients over 65 years of age with a gradual courseof the disease.
