Transplantace kostní dřeněz pohledu pacienta

Autoři prezentují výsledky výzkumu prožívání průběhu transplantace kostní dřeně u českýchnemocných. K výzkumu byla použita kvalitativní metodologie, především nestrukturovanérozhovory a jejich rozbor. Transplantace kostní dřeně je událostí v životě pacienta, která kladevysoké nároky na jeho adaptabilitu, významnou roli hrají i zdravotníci a rodina. Ve výpovědíchrespondentů se opakovaně objevovalo několik témat. Nejistota, úzkost a obavy, důležitá roleinformací, způsoby zvládání nejistoty a obav, zvládání nároků léčby, role lékaře a role rodiny ablízkých.

Overview

The authors present results of research in the experiences of Czech patients who had undergonebone marrow transplantation. Qualitativemethodology based on non-structured interviewswasused in the research. Bone marrow transplantation is a serious event in the life of the patient.The method sets high demands on adaptability of the patient; health care providers and familyhave also an important role. In interviews several topics appeared: uncertainty, anxiety andfears, important role of information, ways of coping with uncertainty and fears, ways of copingwith demands of therapy, role of physicians and role of the family.
