Chlopenní náhrady a antikoagulační terapie
Chlopenní náhrady jsou bohužel trombogenní. Dovolujeme si představit varovnou kazuistiku dvou pacientů, kteří doplatili na nedostatečnou antikoagulační terapii životem a dokládáme ji krátkým komentářem.

Summary
Unfortunately, artificial valves are thrombogenic. Adding a brief commentary, we take the liberty to present a warning case report of two patients who had paid with their lives for insufficient anti-coagulation therapy.
