PZT A ÚHRADA ZDRAVOTNÍ PÉČE

Článek pojednává o problematice prostředků zdravotnické techniky, uvádí jejich definici a popisuje současný velmi kompliko-vaný stav zdravotnického trhu s těmito prostředky. Na základě těchto informací a na základě analýzy možností řešení předkládájednu z variant kategorizace PZT, která má za cíl zprůhlednit fungování trhu s PZT a umožnit zavedení objektivního a korektníhosystému úhrady zdravotní péče využívající jako svých nástrojů prostředků zdravotnické techniky.

The author discusses the problem of resources for medical technical equipment, presents its definition and describes thepresent very complicated state of the market as regards these products. Based on this information and an analysis of possiblesolutions he submits one of the variants of categorisation of these resources with the objective to make the function of themarket more transparent. It should make it possible to introduce an objective and correct system of refunding of health carewhich uses as a tool products from the category of technical medical equipment.
