Occupational Diseases in the Sector of Economic Activity N85 (Public Health, Veterinary and Social Activities) in the Years1992 - 1997
Nemoci z povolání v odvětví ekonomické činnosti N85(zdravotnictví, veterinární a sociální činnosti) v letech 1992 - 97
Autoři předkládají přehled výskytu profesionálních onemocnění v odvětví ekonomické činnosti N85 (zdravotnictví, veterinárnía sociální činnosti) v letech 1992 - 1997. Na každoročně vysokém počtu hlášených profesionálních onemocnění se v tomto odvětvípodílela především přenosná a parazitární onemocnění a profesionální dermatózy. Z infekčních onemocnění byly v letech 1992 - 97na prvních dvou místech infekční hepatitidy a scabies. Profesionální dermatózy byly nejčastěji vyvolány dezinfekčními prostředky.Nejvíce postiženou profesní skupinou byly sestry. Průměrný věk v době hlášení profesionálního onemocnění se ve sledovanémobdobí pohyboval mezi 38 až 39 lety. Průměrná doba expozice kolísala mezi 9 až 12 lety. Nejvyšší průměrný věk i nejdelší expozicebyly u osob s profesionálním onemocněním způsobeným fyzikálními faktory. V závěru autoři doporučují při lékařských prohlídkáchvěnovat zvýšenou pozornost zejména pracovníkům s dlouholetou expozicí těmto noxám.

The authors present a survey of the incidence of occupational diseases in the sector of economic activity N85 (public health,veterinary and social activities) in the years 1992 - 1997. The repeated high annual number of notified occupational diseases inthis sector was particularly due to infectious and parasitary diseases and occupational dermatoses. Infectious hepatitis and scabieswere the two most frequent infectious diseases in the years 1992 - 1997. Occupational dermatoses were most frequently caused bydisinfection agents. Nurses represented the most frequently affected occupational group. The average age at the time of notificationof occupational diseases in the observed period was between 38 and 39 years. The average duration of exposure fluctuated between9 and 12 years. The highest average age and the longest exposure occured in persons suffering from occupational diseases causedby physical factors. In conclusion the authors recommend that during the medical examinations, particular attention should be paidto workers with long-term exposure to these noxae.
