Dermatitis contacta irritativa a její možnépříčiny
Kontaktně iritační dermatitida je časté onemocnění, které v různé míře postihuje takřka celou populaci. Je vyvolána působenímiritačních látek na kůži za spolupůsobení dalších faktorů. Klinický obraz může být rozmanitý, nejčastěji vzhledu ekzému, mohou sevšak vyskytnout i jiné (kopřivka, akné, folikulitida, poruchy pigmentace apod.). Při vyšetřování této jednotky je významná pečliváanamnéza, a to zejména pracovní, s ohledem na výskyt iritancií v pracovním prostředí. Diagnostika je poté syntézou anamnézy,klinického obrazu a vyšetření epikutánními testy (tyto musí být negativní). Prevencí vzniku iritační dermatitidy je dodržování zásadochrany kůže při práci, správná volba koncentrace a také vhodná volba zaměstnání vzhledem k jiným dermatózám (např. atopickému ekzému).

Contact irritative dermatitis is a frequent disease which affects to a different extent almost the whole population. It is caused bythe action of irritative substances on the skin and the concurrent action of other factors. The clinical picture can vary, mostfrequently it appears as eczema but there may be also other manifestations (urticaria, acne, folliculitis, impaired pigmentation etc.).When examining this condition a careful case-history is important, in particular an occupational caseistory with regard to thepresence of irritating substances in the working environment. The diagnosis is then a synthesis of the case-history, clinical pictureand examination by epicutaneous tests (the latter must be negative). Prevention of irritative dermatitis implies adherence toprinciples of skin protection during work, suitable selection of concentrations and also suitable selection of a job with regard toother dermatoses (e.g. atopic eczema).
