This article summarizes findings on workplace health promotion in the Czech Republic through a „Healthy Enterprise“ award competition. The competition is open to all companies and organizations that are Czech legal entities. The subject of evaluation is the level of health promotion at the workplace, the compulsory part as given by the Czech law as well as the voluntary part promoting health. During six years of the competition a total of 37 enterprises was awarded, including 26 large and 11 small and medium-sized enterprises.
