Summary

The article summarizes the etiopathogenesis and diagnosis of hypersensitivity pneumonitis, and also describes the case report of a patient who was treated at the Clinic for Occupational Medicine at the FN at St. Anna in Brno recognized hypersensitivity pneumonitis as an occupational disease.
