Summary
The article focuses on the phenomenon of fatigue, which accompanies neurological diseases of various origins and significantly affects the quality of life of patients. It describes possible causes, pathophysiology, mechanisms of functioning of the central nervous system, as well as possibilities of interpretation and evaluation of fatigue.
