Summary
Acute isolated sphenoiditis is a rare disease. It is difficult to diagnose it because the symptoms are indefinite, most often manifested by headache. Diagnosis is so often secondary to investigating the neurological and orbital complications of sphenoiditis. Given the incidence of this disease, the aim of our report is to present a case report of a child, 11 years old, with acute sphenoiditis and to provide a summary of current findings.
