TERAPIE BĚŽNÉ KOKCYGODYNIE
Je podán souvislý přehled diagnostiky a terapie kokcygodynie, zhodnoceny osobní zkušenosti a jeuveden detailnípopis techniky dynamickýchRTGsnímků tak, jak tato technika byla vyvinutaautorem.Je popsána abnormalita ve formě malých kostních výrůstků na dorzální ploše vrcholu kostrče kteráse vyskytuje asi v 15 % případů.

Summary
The diagnostic and therapeutic criteria of the common coccygodynia is presented and related to theauthors personal experience. A special attention is given to the description of a special „dynamic“ Xray technique of the coccyx, developed by the author.A bony anomaly „spicula“ on the dorsal aspectof the coccyx is described. This can be found in 15 % of subjects and may be ralated to the painfulcoccyx.
