Standing up from the Sitting Positionin Patients after Stroke
VSTÁVÁNÍ ZE SEDU U PACIENTŮ PO CÉVNÍ MOZKOVÉ PŘÍHODĚ
Práce se zabývá problematikou vstávání ze sedu u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě (CMP). V práci jsou popisovány biomechanické a neurofyziologické změny v pohybovém stereotypu vstávání ze sedu u pacientů s hemiparetickým postižením. Na základě poznatků současných studií jsou diskutovány možnosti rehabilitace stereotypu vstávání ze sedu a také využití vstávání ze sedu v rehabilitaci pacientů po CMP.

Overview
The paper deals with biomechanical and neurophysiological changes in the motor pattern of standing up from the sitting position in hemiparetic patients. Possible methods of rehabilitation to restore the normal pattern are discussed.
