Summary

This article is focused on the evaluation of the effect of cardiac rehabilitation in spa in patients after coronary artery bypass graft surgery on cardiac autonomic regulation, according to the indices of heart rate variability. In our study, a statistically significant increase in frequency (HF Power) and time (RR intervals, MSSD) heart rate variability indices, which supports a positive effect of treatment on cardiac autonomic regulation with an increase of vagal activity, after the cardiac rehabilitation lasting for four weeks was found.
