Summary
This article is focused on the evaluation of the effect of treatment stay in the children’s sanatorium with speleotherapy in patients with bronchial asthma on cardiac autonomic regulation, according to the indices of heart rate variability. In our study a tendency to increase in frequency domain (Power LF, Power HF, Total power), time domain (RR intervals, MSSD) and comprehensive indicator „Total score“ of heart rate variability, suggesting favorable treatment of cardiac autonomic control at the end of the stay were registered..
