UROLOGICKÁ PROBLEMATIKA V ORDINACI GYNEKOLOGA

Urologická symptomatologie u žen je velmi častá. Pro tyto obtíže vyhledá lékaře 20 % žen, 10 % z nich je třeba operovat. Záněty dolních vývodných cest jsou časté a rostoucím věkem jich přibývá. Zvláštní zřetel je třeba věnovat zánětům v těhotenství. Také počet žen s inkontinencí moče, stresovou nebo urgentní, s přibývajícím věkem narůstá. Je třeba obě formy od sebe odlišit. Terapie urgentní inkontinence je převážně konzervativní, inkontinence stresová se léčí obvykle operačně.

Urological symptomatology is very frequent in women. 20% ot all women see their doctor on account ot these complaints, 10% require surgery. Intlammations ot the lower etterent pathways are frequent and increase with advancing age. Special attention should be devoted to inflammations during pregnancy. Also the number ot women with urinary incontinence, stress or urgent incontinence, increase with advancing age. The two formy must be differentiated. Therapy of urgent incontinence is urostly conservative, while stress incontinence is treated usually by operation
