Analysis of the blood consumption in General Faculty Hospital of Charles University in Prague
Rozbor spotřeby krve ve Všeobecné fakultní nemocnici v Praze
Postupná koncentrace a transformace naší transfuzní služby vyvolává určitý nadbytek dárců, tedy situaci zcela protichůdnou stavu v zavedených transfuzních službách ve světě. Chceme proto upozornit na z této situace vyplývající vznik podceňování náboru dárců a na nutnost opatrného a citlivého jednání se zvaním dárců při přechodném nadbytku krve.

Overview
Sequential concentration and transformation of our transfusion services is causing by redundancy of voluntaries, quasi opposed situation to the established transfusion services in the world. We want to point out both underestimation of the recruitment of voluntaries and careful dealing with the invitation of voluntaries during the temporary redundancy of the blood supplies.
