Summary
Rehabilitation represents an integral part of complex treatment of patients after myocardial infarction. Authors' site specifically deals with these questions more than 10 years. The authors focus in their work on some important aspects of rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction and revascularisation surgery, in particular on prognostic significance of excercise tolerance, rehabilitation effect in elderly patients, problems of determination of adequate stress in patients treated with beta-blockers and on the influence of combined training on the left ventricular remodelation.
Keywords:
myocardial infarction – rehabilitation – heart rate – excercise tolerance – influence of beta-blockers – left ventricular remodelation
