Summary

Intraventricular obstruction is one of the fundamental pathophysiological manifestations of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with significant clinical impact. Therefore, it is important to actively search for it during examination, even with the use of various provoking tests. In this article we would like to summarize current knowledge about its pathophysiology and diagnostic possibilities, including the use of provocative tests.
