Summary
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate a patient who induced vitamin D intoxication (1583 nmol/l) with hypercalcemia (4.04 mmol/l) and pancreatic irritation (serum amylase 8.43 µkat/l) by intramuscular application of steroids with the addition of vitamin D.
