Summary
A case of Gliomatosis cerebri is reported. Clinical diagnosis was based on magnetic resonance imaging findings reinforced by pathological-anatomical autopsy findings. The diagnosis of gliomatosis cerebri is based on pathological-anatomical autopsy (infiltration of the CNS by tumours including glial cells) the clinical pattern and magnetic resonance findings showing infiltration of two or more brain lobes.
