Obtížný pacient I.
Autor uvádí, že oznaeení —obtížnýii je vicí toho, jak pacienta vnímáme a je ve své podstatiinterpersonální. Poukazuje na duležitost komunikace mezi lékaoem a pacientem, rozvádí, jakvybudovat terapeutický vztah, který povzbudí pacienta k tomu, aby zaujal zodpovidný, koopera-tivní postoj k léebi. Lékao se má poedeviím snažit, aby pacient cítil jistotu, spokojenost a vnímal,že je považován za nezávislou, hodnotnou osobnost. Autor probírá i nejeastijií chyby v komunika-ci mezi lékaoem a pacientem, vinuje se komunikaením dovednostem, které pomáhají vytvooitneohrožující, podporující prostoedí.

According to the author labelling of a patient as —difficulti) is a question of perception and isessentially interpersonal. Attention is drawn to the importance of communication between physi-cian and patient. The author discusses how to build a therapeutic relationship which will encou-rage the patient to have a responsible, cooperative attitude to treatment. The physician should inthe first place make an effort to make the patient feel secure and happy and perceive that he isconsidered an independent valued personality. The author discusses also the most frequent mis-takes in the communication between doctor and patient, he pays attention to communicationskills which help to create a supportive and non-threatening climate.
