Summary
Evaluation of compromised fulfilment in psychic consequences after accidents and especially injuries which do not affect head is often very difficult, since symptoms declared by the person under evaluation and to great extent influenced by his or her subjective processing. Requirements for the expert also include careful differentiation of organic symptoms or symptomatic indices from the reactive ones which makes it possible to evaluate them according to various items of the relevant Regulation. In the diagnostic and evaluating consideration, psychological examination plays a significant role especially when assessing the damage to cognitive functions.
