Použitie antibiotík v maxillofaciálnejchirurgii
Autori v súvislosti so zlepšením antibiotickej politiky doporučujú, čo možno najviac etiolo-gickú terapiu antibiotikami na základe kultivácie a citlivosti predoperačne. Upozorňujú, že jeneprípustná antibiotická terapia dvoj prípadne trojkombináciou, pokiaľ bola možnosť včasidentifikovať pravdepodobný mikrobiologický agens.
