Hybridní náhrady

Hybridní náhrada je léčebný způsob určený pro pacienty se zbytkovým chrupem. Vzhledemk množství výhod se dnes stává již poměrně častou alternativou protetického ošetření. Referátseznamuje s typy hybridních náhrad a jejich indikacemi, srovnává je s částečnými i celkovýmisnímatelnými náhradami, zaměřuje se na vztah hybridních náhrad a parodontu a zmiňuje takéjejich výrobu a následnou péči.

Overview

Overdenture is used as one of the reconstructive treatment methods for patientswith residual teeth. Considering many advantages this method becomes relatively frequentalternative of prosthodontic treatment. This report discusses different kinds of overdentures,their indications, compares them with partial and total removable dentures and touchesrelations between overdentures and periodontium and briefly refers to their working procedureand a care of them.
