Dislokace kloubního diskutemporomandibulárního kloubu. Review
Poruchy temporomandibulárního kloubu jsou charakterizovány základní trias klinickýchpříznaků: bolestí, omezenou nebo asymetrickou funkcí dolní čelisti a zvukovými fenomény.Ažu 70 % pacientů jsou uvedené obtíže způsobeny poruchou v diskokondylárním komplexu –dislokací kloubního disku. Dislokace kloubního disku dělíme na dislokaci disku s repozicía dislokaci kloubního disku bez repozice. Tento článek je review, ve kterém je popsán klinickýobraz jednotlivých dislokací kloubního disku a možné způsoby jejich léčby.

Temporomandibular joint disorders are characterized by pain, limited or asymmetricmandibular movement and TMJ sounds. In as many as 70 % of patients the mentionedcomplains are caused by intracapsular derangement’s of the components of the temporomandibularjoint (TMJ) – disc displacement. Disc displacement are devided into: disc displacementwith reduction and disc displacement without reduction. This paper is the review, where aredescribed the clinical criteria for diagnostic of disc displacement are possible way of theirtreatment.
