Extraintestinal Form of Crohn’s Disease

Overview
We report a case of a 57-year-old woman with the primary diagnosis of Crohn‘s disease with clinical cutaneous signs of erythema nodosum-like lesion on the lower extremities. Clinical course and skin biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of metastatic form of Crohn‘s disease. Cutaneous symptoms gradually healed with systemic corticosteroid therapy.
