Summary
Author presents the case of 26-year-old women with atypically localized primary chancre over the sternum and erythematopapular exanthema resembling pityriasis rosea. Histological examination of ulcer showed dense plasmocytic inflammatory infiltrate compatible with the diagnosis of syphilis.
