Summary
Author describes a case of contact irritant dermatitis caused by airborne exposition to the disinfectant containg alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride which was proven by exposition tests and thermal imaging camera evaluation. The article reviews the current knowledge on airborne dermatitis.
